Event Info
What would be the “new normal” in logistics?
With the rapid advancement of technology disrupting across many business segments, new consumer trends for logistics emerge, such as increasing demand for faster delivery speed, greater reach of destinations, and cross-border fulfillment. In Indonesia, the growing demand for logistics has been driven by the rising of e-commerce due to the Covid-19 pandemic which forces businesses to adapt to the “stay-at-home” economy.
Unfortunately, managing supply chain operation often becomes an obstacle for many companies, especially when supply chain is not their core competency. Businesses need to adapt and adopt new ways to enhance their supply chain. Through this event, the speakers shared about how they see the trend in logistics and what role fourth-party logistics (4PL) can play in supporting companies to improve their businesses.
