Business Confidence Index

The Business Confidence Index was conceived by BritCham in 2012 as a B2B survey of British investors domiciled in Indonesia. In 2014, it was expanded to include European business from among the members of BritCham, EKONID, IFCCI, INA and EuroCham. The Business Confidence Index (BCI) 2020 is the 8th annual survey designed and managed by British Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia (BritCham), in partnership with the European Chamber of Commerce Indonesia (Eurocham), in association with the EU-Indonesia Business Network (EIBN) and CastleAsia, and with Nielsen as the market research partner.

With thanks to this year’s BCI partners IBAI, IFCCI, EIBN and EKONID.

The BCI 2020 international market research partner is Nielsen.
