Climate Change – A Global Corporate Perspective

BritCham Indonesia and NTT are delighted to have hosted the Climate Change Member Focus Group Webinar, “Climate Change: A Global Corporate Perspective”. This webinar featured Andrew Briggs (Chief Global Business Officer at NTT Ltd.) and Wen-Ming Wong (Senior Vice President, Global Business, Asia Pacific at NTT Ltd.), and was moderated by Ainsley Mann (ASEAN Head of Business Development at Swire Pacific & Chairman of BritCham Climate Change Member Focus Group). NTT Ltd. is a company nominated as one of the 17 Business Avengers of the UN.

The session aimed to discuss the role of technology in advancing the objectives of conservation and improving agricultural productivity. It addressed various important issues in accordance with climate change and sustainability, such as NTT’s sustainability strategy, technology development for sustainability purposes, and challenges in agriculture. Questions from the attendees NTT’s roles in helping achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals and how to support businesses into becoming more sustainable were also discussed.
