BritCham Breakfast Briefing: Custom Reforms - in Attitude and in Practice

In response to member requests, late last year we opened a dialogue with the Indonesian Customs. It is fair to say that almost everyone finds this institution of government very difficult to work with.

However, very significant reform is underway - in attitude including how the customs engage with stakeholders, and in practice.
We are very pleased to offer members and guests the opportunity to listen to Pak Robert Leonard Marbun, Director of International and Public Afairs at Directorate General of Customs and Excise, to share his account of changes already underway and further plans for considerable reform.

This is your oportunity to join this dialogue and establish your own access to this institution.

Speaker: Robert Leonard Marbun, Director of International and Public Affairs at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise
