Regulations on Foreigners Returning to Indonesia

- Circular Letter of RI Minister of Health on the Handling of Returning Indonesian Citizens and the Arrival of Foreign Nationals from Overseas at Soekarno Hatta Airport and Juanda Airport [Official | Informal Translation]. Issued on May 22, 2020.

 

- BRITISH & other foreign nationals with work and residence permits are required to obtain a PCR test PRIOR to checking in for a flight returning you to Indonesia. The test certificate should be within 7 days of arrival. Although you may enter Indonesia only with a valid Health Certificate as health examination will be performed again upon arrival at entrance. If you already have a negative PCR test result, you will not have to take the Rapid/PCR test again. Otherwise, you must take the PCR test and be quarantined until the result is issued. All fees incurred for quarantine and PCR test will be charged to foreign nationals. This is for guidance and you should always check the latest government advice.
