Transformation Starts with Change-Agile Leaders

BritCham Indonesia and Prudential Indonesia is proud to have hosted an exclusive webinar, “Transformation Starts with Change-Agile Leaders” on Wednesday, October 21st, 2020. This webinar is aimed to explore how the pandemic has further reinforced the urgency to transform the health and wellness protection for all employees as well as how to stay agile and digitally prepared, and featured Prof. Rhenald Kasali (Founder of Rumah Perubahan) with opening remarks from Jens Reisch (President Director of Prudential Indonesia) and Nick Holder (CFO of Prudential Indonesia), moderated by Chris Wren (Executive Director of BritCham Indonesia). The session began with an introduction to Prudential Indonesia, including what they have been doing during the pandemic, their digital innovations, as well as their new product, PRUWorks. Then, Prof. Kasali explained some interesting points on the importance of agile leadership, such as what it takes to create agile leaders, its relationship with growing the company’s revenue, as well as the importance of digitization.
